1. The service and operator

CARS REELS LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #39190, Casper, WY 82609, United States operates Cars Reels.

Cars Reels provides tools to import vehicle listings, generate narrated videos, and download finished media. These terms apply to business use of the service. You must have authority to act for the dealership or business associated with your account.

2. Your account

Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and give access only to authorized team members. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your dealership information current. Notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You authorize the processing needed to host, transform, and deliver that content through the service and its configured providers. You must have permission to use the photos, logos, listing descriptions, and other materials you upload.

Do not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, or unnecessarily sensitive material. Do not use the service to impersonate another business, interfere with other accounts, bypass access controls, or overload the service.

4. Review before publishing

Generated scripts, voice-overs, and videos may contain errors. Review vehicle specifications, prices, availability, promotional claims, pronunciation, and media rights before publishing. You remain responsible for the accuracy of your advertisements and compliance with the rules of each platform where you post.

Cars Reels does not guarantee views, leads, sales, or any particular marketing outcome. Direct social publishing is currently a planned feature; downloadable MP4 output is available in the present workflow.

5. Plans, credits, and payments

The pricing page and checkout identify prices in USD, billing interval, included credits, any introductory offer, renewal terms and applicable taxes before payment. Taxes are added where applicable. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions are paid annually with credits issued monthly and a one-time eligible first-subscription bonus. Top-ups are separate credit purchases, not subscriptions.

Credits do not expire. Cancelling a subscription does not remove remaining credits; subscription entitlements change when cancellation takes effect. The credit cost of rendering, photo classification or thumbnail generation is shown before confirmation. Failed infrastructure work returns the corresponding credit reservation. Refund eligibility and subscription cancellation are explained in our Refund and cancellation policy; mandatory legal rights and applicable Paddle buyer protections remain unaffected.

Refunds and cancellation

You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase, whether monthly or annual, or your first credit top-up purchase, provided no credits from that purchase have been used. Bonus credits have no cash value. Renewals, subsequent purchases, partially used credit purchases and requests outside that period are reviewed individually; we do not promise an automatic refund for those cases. This additional Cars Reels policy does not restrict any mandatory legal right, applicable Paddle buyer protection, or remedy for a faulty or undelivered service.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Use Billing → Manage payments & invoices or the link in your Paddle receipt to manage or cancel a Paddle subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term; it is separate from a refund request.

Cars Reels SMS program terms

CARS REELS LLC operates the Cars Reels SMS program from +1 888 599 5440. With separate, explicit permission, the program may send recurring automated account/service updates and customer-support messages, or marketing messages such as Cars Reels offers and product news. Message frequency varies with account activity, support exchanges and the category selected. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Both categories are optional, unchecked by default and independent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using Cars Reels. By enabling a category and saving SMS preferences, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of that number and consent to that category. Do not enroll someone else’s number. These preferences do not authorize dealership campaigns to vehicle buyers, WhatsApp marketing or calls.

Reply STOP to stop all Cars Reels text messages. You may receive a final opt-out confirmation; no further program texts should be sent unless you provide fresh consent. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected]. You can also turn off either category in Settings. Changing your saved phone number clears consent and requires a new choice for the new number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability depends on number eligibility, carrier support and applicable regulatory approval. Do not rely on SMS for emergencies or time-critical notices. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned.

6. Availability and restrictions

Rendering time depends on the job, queue, and available capacity. Maintenance, provider outages, or invalid input can delay or prevent a render. Access may be restricted when necessary to address abuse, security concerns, or violations of these terms. The operator should explain the restriction and available resolution steps where appropriate.

7. Ending your use

Download content you wish to keep before closing an account. Contact the operator to request account closure or discuss a subscription issue. Data handling after closure follows the privacy policy and any applicable retention obligations.

8. Applicable law and contact

These terms governing your use of Cars Reels are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer or data-protection rights. Purchases processed by Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy; this Wyoming-law clause does not replace the governing-law provisions in your separate agreement with Paddle.
